Take a walk to the pond, practice on the open yoga platform or in the pavilion, chant in the lingam temple, sit and meditate on one of the big rocks under the trees or in the gazebo, or hike down the natural trail—the choice is yours. You can then immerse yourself in a forest bath (shinrin-yuko) among the hickory, ash, maple, and pine trees before you have a picnic or take a dip in the creek. No matter what you choose to do, you will feel refreshed and renewed at the end of the day.

We provide access to a beautiful and serene retreat property in Ulster County NY—a place where individuals and families can restore their bodies and souls, and where there are often sessions, workshops, and spiritual gatherings.
